TERMS & CONDITIONS:

In order to proceed with your purchase, read the following Terms & Conditions and note that by continuing with the purchase of this product/service you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

1. You give approval for your logo and/or printed advertisement in the current edition to be placed on the website of the Rural Business Guide;

2. You confirm that you are the owner of, or are legally authorised to use any business name, trademark, tradename, design, logo, photograph, illustration, graphics, artwork or other material forming part of your artwork, and that you agree to indemnify the Proprietor of the Rural Business Guide from and against any and all actions, claims, losses, damages, costs, liabilities or expenses against the Proprietor due to or arising out of the printing of your artwork.

3. If due to circumstances you choose to cancel your advertisement in the Rural Business Guide, a full refund less a 10% administration fee will be given within 14 days from date of purchase of the advertisement but not less than 60 days from date of printing the final publication.

4. The close off date for reciept of all advertisement registrations and artwork is the 15th of November each year. All advertisements received after this date will be scheduled for the following year publication.

5. The scheduled printing date of the publication is the 10th December with distribution scheduled for mid January each year.
