Warranty Information

COLOUR PRINTING PRODUCTS
There may be a varitation of 10-15% in the final colour output of the print job due to physical limitations of the printing process. There may also be 10-15% variation from order to order due to ganging the order with other customers orders. Hollands Print Solutions will evaluate disputes regarding colour on a case by case basis. Hollands Print Solutions reserves the right to offer a re-print or refund on the order, at Hollands Print Solutions discretion.

CUTTING TOLERANCE
There is a 1-2mm +/- tolerance on final trim size of products.

INCORRECT ARTWORK
Customers are responsible for checking all details on supplied proofs, whether they be hard copy or digital versions of the artwork. Hollands Print Solutions is not responsible for any errors in the artwork if a signed or approved (via email) proof is shown to contain the error. If however, the signed or approved proof is correct and the print job is incorrect, Hollands Print Solutions will either reprint the job, or refund the order. This is at Hollands Print Solutions discretion.
